DE.MA srl Designs and Develops, an entire cheese production plant with milk curdling platform.
The design and development process considered the following needs:
- Practicality of use, handling and on-site installation of machinery;
- Safety and practicality for operators when using the machines;
- Cleaning;
- Product to be processed;
- Production volume;
- Type of in-line workstations;
- Elastic and intuitive software for easy human-machine interfacing;
- Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
Technical Features
The system is composed as follows:
- No. 4 single-wall multi-purpose cradle cheese vats, each with 2,000 L capacity
- No. 2 heated-bottom multi-purpose cradle cheese vats, each with 2,000 L capacity
- No. 1 Service gangway;
- No. 1 Air pump for brittle curd transfer;
- No. 1 Curd dosing line, composed of: Fixed-head dosing machine, In-line mould tipper, Stacker, Mould stack descender
The plants and relative machines are to be considered fully configurable according to client requirements.
