5-Axis Water-Jet Cutting Machine

Thanks to the machine shop and its modern equipment, DE.MA. performs cutting on rolled sheet metal and profiles using 5-axis Water-Jet technology, with the possibility to work with a very high thickness (up to 180 mm for stainless steel) and allowing very precise machining without thermal alterations to the cutting area. This last aspect ensures a series of benefits in terms of the quality of the treated materials, which are not subjected to alterations in their chemical composition during the cutting process, thus allowing the machining of profiles and components in various materials (ferrous and non-ferrous, plastic and rubber, heterogeneous composites, light alloys, ceramic materials, etc…).
