In 2007, DE.MA. invested in new equipment and purchased a FLOW 5-AXIS WATER-JET CUTTING machine with 2000 x 4000 work deck, the flagship product of our machinery park.
Thanks to its constructional characteristics, our Water-Jet system allows the cold cutting of any material, maintaining the characteristics of the alloy in all points and of any heat treatments carried out before cutting. With a cutting capacity up to a thickness of 180mm on stainless steel, and thanks to the quality of the cut obtained, this technology is one of the highest ranking for sheet metal and profile cutting equipment, ensuring high flexibility and utmost quality.
The Flow Dynamic Waterjet® system is based on a smart procedural solution whereby the cutting head follows the contour in a three-dimensional manner, adjusting the angle of inclination according to the client’s requirements.
