Dairy sector, Design and development of complete plants and processing machinery:
DE.MA. srl, Designs, develops and installs a complete plant at the Caseificio di Roccaverano dairy farm.
The design and development process considered the following needs:
- Practicality of use, handling and on-site installation of machinery;
- Compact dimensions;
- Flexible software allowing a greater number of work configurations;
- Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC
- Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU
- Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 2014/30/EU
The plant was designed to guarantee an efficient and automated production process.
DE.MA srl, Beginning with the receiving and storage of milk, develops the entire plant structured as follows:
- Receiving of milk from tanker;
- Pasteuriser PL05
- 1,500l double-wall cradle cheese vats
- Air pump for brittle curd;
- Chute for curd and relative transfer for mould filling;
- Ground tipper for stacking;
- CIP control unit for washing of machinery and piping line;
- Complete piping line;
- Management and development of software for the entire plant.
