The design and development process considered the following needs:
- Practicality of use, handling and on-site installation;
- Designed and developed in accordance with client needs;
- Designed to guarantee a constant weight of the Crescenza block;

- Construction: telescopic frames for the variation in weight with a special device to open the plates for sanitization during washing.
