The Multipurpose Cradle Vats is the perfect machine for treating fragile curds, ensuring a clean and precise cut of the curd with a size configurable according to the customer’s needs. We can produce curdling platforms with capacities ranging from 500 liters to 5,000 liters.
The design and development process considered the following needs:

- The development of no.1 PCD15 cradle cheese vat with heated bottom to offer the client greater production flexibility;
