DE.MA. Srl designs and manufactures the plate washing tunnel for chocolate moulding lines, model TLP-1000.
The plate washing Tunnel is suitable for washing all the plates that make up the chocolate dosing heads for the various production steps.
The operator manually loads the various types of plates into the machine through the front door and slides them along Delrin guides of appropriate size based on the type. The washing and drying cycles are fully automatic and can be selected from the operator panel on the front of the unit.
The machine is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel with the exception of the gear motor unit which is protected by an appropriate casing.
The machine consists of:
- A supporting structure, with the lower part consisting of two water collection tanks for washing, including:
– hermetically sealed one for clean water to avoid leaks
– one open at the top inside the machine for dirty water. - The upper part is fully openable, with bolted doors on three sides (side and rear), while on the front there is a hinged loading door with a spring-loaded pressure lock.
- A system for moving the internal trolley carrying the plates to be washed, with a laterally mounted gear motor with a pinion shaft with racks to move the system alternately (forwards and backwards).
- Pipes for washing the plates, with special pneumatic valves at the upper and lower spray nozzles via the pump.
- Water loading pipes to the two tanks: recirculating and disposable with respective pneumatic valves.
- Compressed air delivery pipes for drying the plates through the same nozzles used for washing.
- Lower pipes for water suction from the two tanks via the pump and for draining for total emptying with special pneumatic valves.
- Management and control with operator panel.
The plate washing Tunnel is suitable for washing and drying all types of plates that make up the chocolate dosing heads and can be configured according to the type of plates used.
