The air pump is the ideal machine for anyone who processes fresh and ultra-fresh dairy products. The peculiarity of the air curd transfer system is that the curd, during its journey from the polyvalent to the dosing systems, is not altered in any way while maintaining its structure.
The design and development process considered the following needs:
