The design and development process considered the following needs:

- Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU
- Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 2014/30/EU
Technical features
- Machine dimensions: 1,700mm x 2,500mm H=2,000mm;
- Plates set separate to SKID;
- Tank capacity at constant level: 300 litres;
- DN50 stop
- Pasteuriser: from 73°C to 75°C;
- Pasteurised milk flow rate: 15,000 litres/h.
