The design and development process considered the following needs:
- Practicality of use, movement and installation on-site;
- Compact dimensions;
- Elastic software allowing a greater number of work configurations;
- Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC
- Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU
- Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 2014/30/EU

- Machine dimensions: 1,700 mm x 2,500 mm H=2,000 mm;
- Tank capacity at constant level: 200 l;
- Sosta DN40; Total length= 43.1 m – V.sosta= 46.29 dm3;
- Exchanger Alfa Laval® Type: M6MGMBASE
- Pasteuriser: from 73 °C to 75 °C;
- Pasteurised milk flow rate: 5,000 litres/h.
